School of Missions is an intensive training designed to equip you to lead courageously in your calling.
We offer Spring and Fall Intensives. Each are designed to draw you closer to God, while transforming the world around you.

Jonathan Farrant
MISSIONS DIRECTOR
Jonathan has used his story of tragedy to triumph, after losing his father and brother, to reach and inspire people for Christ. He is passionate about rescuing people in their darkest moments. Jonathan has a Ministerial Studies Diploma from Global University and has earned a masters degree in Global Leadership through Fuller Seminary. He married his childhood best friend, Alicia and together, with their 5 children, they are bringing hope to a hurting world.

Alicia Farrant
BIBLICAL GOVERNANCE DIRECTOR
Alicia is a courageous leader & mother of 5, who has lived a life of public service not only on the mission field but as a Registered Nurse. She is the vice-president of Impact Nations and founder of Wigs of Hope. As an elected school board member for Orange County Public Schools, she has a passion to protect children and stands boldly for Truth in the face of evil.

Mency Orellana
SOM STAFF
Mency Orellana is 23 years old and a proud Salvadoran-American. She has dedicated her life to loving the Lord Jesus Christ and has been in full-time missions through her church for the past 3 years. Her greatest desire is to see the lost be saved and enter into a loving connection with Jesus. Mency is a graduate of both YWAM and University of the Nations training programs.

Caroline Manwaring
WORK PROJECT MANAGER
Caroline Manwaring is 19 years old and a graduate of the School of Missions. She has a deep love for Jesus and a passion for leading others into His presence through worship. Caroline has a heart for the fatherless, orphans, and widows, and desires to share the love and compassion of Christ with everyone she meets. She loves spending time with kids and hopes to reflect the heart of Jesus in every place He leads her.

Sofia Farrant
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Sofia is a graduate from YWAM Kona and spent 3 months living in the villages of Senegal, Africa. She is full of joy & compassion and loves Jesus with all her heart. Sofia feels a great calling to pour into children and the next generation. God has anointed her with creative talents to further His Kingdom.
Spiritual Training
Spiritual training through Bible studies, worship, and special guest speakers.
Biblical Governance
Learn what it takes to run a successful campaign and lead courageously with Godly values in governmental positions.
Spanish Classes
During your course, spanish classes will be given as well as a 2 week spanish intensive in Antigua, Guatemala.
Servant Leadership
As leaders we are called to fill in the gap at whatever cost. We lead by Christ’s example of serving in any way necessary.
Rescue Missions
Training for rescue missions to pull men and women out of addiction, as well as children from human trafficking situations.

We will be focused on helping Women and children in broken environments. Loving on them and getting the No Greater Love orphanage ready to open its doors.

School of Missions is an intensive training designed to equip you to lead courageously in your calling.

Fall Intensives will run from September - December 2026
Fly in to Orlando on September 12th.
Fly back home from Orlando December 5th.

We have budgeted $5000 which will include housing, basic meals Monday-Friday, and travel expenses to and from El Salvador and Orlando.
Students will need to budget separately for travel expenses to Orlando from their home town. Students may also want to purchase extra food or other items not included in the package.

We provide dormitory style housing while you are in Orlando and El Salvador. Housing is included in the total cost of your schooling.

SPIRITUAL
We encourage you to be praying and fasting. Read your Bible daily.
PRACTICAL
We encourage you to begin learning spanish or brushing up on your spanish skills.
There will be a lot of walking and physical exercise during your time in School of Missions. We encourage you to begin training physically so you are ready to go.
Check to make sure your PASSPORT is valid. You will need a valid passport (must not be expiring soon) in order to attend.

Travel to and from El Salvador will include a backpack. Only bring to Orlando what you would like to bring to El Salvador.

November 9th-14th will be open to friends and family to come down and you will host their trip using everything you have learned and all the skills you have developed throughout the semester.
Students will take the lead in planning and facilitating the week, serving as hosts, and ministry leaders. This is an opportunity to demonstrate growth in leadership, hospitality, cross-cultural ministry, and servant-heartedness while helping friends and family experience the work God is doing in El Salvador.
Throughout the week, friends and family will participate in village outreaches, ministry opportunities, worship, community life, and cultural experiences. Students will guide their friends and family through each part of the trip, sharing what they have learned, introducing them to the local community, and creating an environment where everyone can encounter God’s love together.
